Teaching

Jacob Leibowitz is an educator that believes in fostering the full musical potential of his students. An important part of his teaching method involves composition and songwriting. Jacob works with his students to have them write their own exercises and pieces which will help them develop the technical facilities that they need as a musician. This process also develops the students' sense of form and fosters their understanding of what makes music tick.
